Client Service Administrator

Overview of Position

We are looking for a solutions-oriented team member who enjoys a highly collaborative onsite work environment. The Client Service Administrator sets the tone for many areas of the organization every day. The Client Service Administrator is dedicated to ensuring that client activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires a deep understanding of internal systems and the ability to manage client expectations. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: opening new accounts, managing account administration, monitoring account activity, fulfilling client requests, and resolving administrative issues.

Primary Goals and Supporting Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing and communicating client needs
  • Monitoring client account transactions
  • Onboarding new accounts
  • Processing changes in investment strategy or restrictions in client accounts
  • Creating and maintaining account information in Argent’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Preparing client review materials for high net worth and institutional clients
  • Creating and distributing specialized client reports monthly and quarterly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
  • High quality work that is met with a sense of urgency
  • Work experience in a team environment and team-oriented mentality
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Experience with Salesforce and Advent/AXYS is preferred, but not required
  • Interest in learning new systems
