Our Team

Melanie Barney joined Argent in September 2023 as a Client Service Specialist. In this role, she is responsible for the daily oversight of client accounts, onboarding new clients, and client performance reporting.

Melanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Behavior, along with a Certification in Project Management, from Saint Louis University. In 2026, she will begin pursuing a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Development at Saint Louis University.

Previously, Melanie worked as a Credentialing Analyst for BJC HealthCare, where she honed client service skills and attention to detail. Leveraging her extensive background in the hospitality industry, she strives to deliver an excellent client experience in all of her daily interactions, both internally and externally.
