Download V-CardKirk serves as Portfolio Manager for Argent’s Mid Cap, SMID Cap, and Focused Small Cap strategies, managing client portfolios and contributing to investment decisions, portfolio construction, and risk management.
Kirk brings 24 years of industry experience. Before joining Argent in 2011, he was a portfolio manager at Fiduciary Asset Management (FAMCO) and a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen. Earlier in his career, he served as a pilot in the United States Air Force.
He is a member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and co-founder and past president of the St. Louis Chapter of the United States Air Force Academy Association of Graduates. Kirk serves on the board of Wings of Hope, mentors a team of Webster University students through the CQA Investment Challenge, and volunteers with the annual Memorial Day Remembrance at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Kirk earned a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the St. Louis Financial Analysts Society.
