Research Analyst
About Argent Capital
Argent Capital was founded in 1998 to build long-term wealth for clients through disciplined investment management and exceptional client service, a focus that continues to shape how the firm operates today.
That long-term mindset extends beyond our investment decisions and into how the firm is structured. Argent is a 25-person, 100 percent employee-owned boutique investment firm focused on active management in U.S. equities, with $4 billion in assets under management. Employee ownership influences how decisions are made, aligning accountability with the responsibility to make thoughtful, long-term decisions in the best interests of our clients and the firm.
The result is a culture that is collaborative, candid, and performance oriented. Ideas are debated openly, relationships are built on trust and directness, and responsibility is shared. The firm operates with a small-team mindset where people are expected to think independently, engage deeply, and take ownership of outcomes, a culture recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as a Best Place
to Work.
