Our Team

As Director of Client Experience & Partnerships, Krystal is responsible for Argent’s client experience including brand and marketing, strategic partnerships, and the day-to-day service delivered throughout each relationship. Her team integrates new client relationships, understands client needs and objectives, coordinates client events, and communicates with key contacts throughout the client relationship. Krystal and her team work closely with teams across Argent to strengthen relationships and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for clients, advisors, and other partners.

Krystal joined Argent in 2016. She holds a B.A. in Corporate and Legal Communications from Fontbonne University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
