Our Team

As Director of Client Service, Krystal is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of Argent’s client service activities. Her team is responsible for integrating all new client accounts, developing an understanding of client needs and objectives, serving as a client advocate within the firm, planning and coordinating client events, and actively communicating with key contacts on all aspects of the client relationship. She and her team work closely with Marketing/Sales, Operations, Compliance, and the Portfolio Management teams within Argent to deliver an excellent client experience.

Krystal joined Argent in 2016. She holds a B.A. in Corporate and Legal Communications from Fontbonne University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
