Our Team

Leighten joined Argent in 2024, bringing her experience as an audit associate to her role as Accountant. She contributes to Argent’s financial operations by applying her auditing background and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s processes.

Prior to joining Argent, Leighten worked as an Experienced Assurance Associate at BDO St. Louis, where she focused on auditing and financial reporting. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri – Columbia, earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy in 2023, along with a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics.

When she’s not focused on numbers, Leighten enjoys traveling, attending concerts and doing home improvement projects in her home.
