Melanie Barney joined Argent in September 2023 as a Client Service Specialist. In this role, she is responsible for the daily oversight of client accounts, onboarding new clients, and client performance reporting.

Outside of Argent, Melanie is pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership & Behavior, alongside a certification in project management at St. Louis University. Her dedication to learning and personal growth is reflective of her passion for continuous improvement and excellence.

Previously, Melanie worked as a Credentialing Analyst for BJC HealthCare, where she honed client service skills and attention to detail. Leveraging her extensive background in the hospitality industry, she strives to deliver an excellent client experience in all of her daily interactions, both internally and externally.
