Our Team

Tom brings over 26 years of financial industry experience to his role as Director of Intermediary Sales at Argent. In this role, Tom leads the firm’s intermediary sales initiatives, focusing on building and maintaining relationships across key channels.

Before joining Argent in 2021, Tom was Head of Sales and Distribution for Wakefield Asset Management, where he led sales efforts within both the intermediary and institutional channels. Prior to that, he served as Manager of National Accounts and Principal at Victory Capital. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Regional Consultant with Envestnet.

Tom holds a B.S. in Accounting from Iowa State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver-Daniels College of Business. In addition to his industry experience, Tom is active in his community, volunteering for various charities and coaching his sons’ youth sports teams.
